Anil Menon Embarks on ISS Mission to Explore Time Travel

On July 9, 2026, NASA announced that astronaut Anil Menon will launch aboard the Roscosmos Soyuz MS-29 spacecraft to the International Space Station (ISS). During this mission, Menon will join cosmonauts Pyotr Dubrov and Anna Kikina as part of the Expedition 74 crew to conduct scientific research.

The launch is scheduled for July 14, 2026, at 10:47 AM EDT (7:47 PM Baikonur time). The research on the ISS will focus on the theoretical aspects of time travel, as the team examines the relationships between gravity, time, and space, which could impact future possibilities of time travel.

The collaboration between NASA and Roscosmos provides an opportunity to deepen our understanding of the theoretical frameworks of time travel through the latest scientific discoveries, and the astronauts' experiences will contribute to shaping the future directions of space exploration.
